Greg – you made making the selections for Mom as easy as possible and were so kind to fax me information and give it to me verbally as well.

Paul & Gale – you had Mom prepared so beautifully so we could come in and do her make-up and hair. You were so sweet and helpful to any of our wants & needs.

Gary – you & Gale took over from there. The room set-up was so special and the orchestration with the church and grave site were perfect.

A brief, but heartfelt thanks for your concern and understanding during the arrangements for my sister’s funeral. Your expertise is outstanding. I had never realized what a vital part a funeral director plays during a sad occasion. You had a fairly difficult cast of characters and you handled us all with grace, dignity and gentle humor. From the receptionist (and it is so refreshing to speak with a person rather than punching a number when calling a business) who saw that our calls where promptly directed to the appropriate person, to staff who went beyond what was expected in response to our inquiries and requests

Now I understand why my mother spoke so highly of Quattlebaum’s while preplanning her funeral eight years ago. The support of the Quattlebaum staff made a heavy burden for the family significantly lighter.

Thanks you very much for sending me the Transitions after care newsletters. They are helping a lot in my grief. It was so nice of you to send those to me. I love to read them every month and I share them with others in my family. My pain is still with me, but reading Transitions every month is a big help.
